Q1: Can we do ODM, OEM, wholesale or customization with you? Granbo: we welcome customers to do ODM, OEM, wholesale and customization. For ODM and OEM, a brand authorization letter from your side is needed.
Q2: What’s the payment method? Granbo: for sample orders, 100% advance payment is required. For bulk orders, 30% deposit before production, the balance before shipment. We also accept Paypal and Western Union.
Q3: What’s the production time? Granbo: for bench-top ones, usually we have several pieces in stock. So we could ship it in 3 days if the quantity is less than 10pcs. If quantity is bigger than 10pcs, welcome to consult us about the production time. For industrial ultrasonic cleaners, it takes about 5-7 working days to produce.

*Do not operate the machine without fluid in the tank (water level is not higher than the water mark)
*Cleaning items should be put on cleaning basket to protect this machine.
*Do not spray water or liquid over the device and the control panel.
*Import duties, taxes and charges are buyer’s responsibility, not included in the price or shipping charge.
*Please add normal water into the tank before using, if you wanna better clean we advise to ass special chemical liquid when you use.
*All models will make the “zizizi” noise during cleaning, it’s normal.
*Please choose the right voltage type and plug accoring to your country, we will not responsible for the problem caused by this.
