Single-slot ultrasonic cleaning machine use method.
1、Put the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket of the single tank cleaning machine, and then put the cleaning basket into the cleaning tank. Please do not put the items directly into the cleaning tank to avoid damage to the equipment and cleaning effect.
2、According to different products or cleaning effect, pour in cleaning solution, water or aqueous solution in proportion. The water level should not be less than 60mm and the height should not exceed 80mm.
3、Connect the 220V/50Hz power three-core socket, turn on the power.
4、Open the single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine switch button, green switch on indicates normal operation.
5、According to the item cleaning requirements, open the ultrasonic cleaning machine temperature control, adjust the temperature.
6、The temperature indicator goes off, the heater meets the requirements, the heater stops working. If the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater will continue to automatically heat.
7、When the heating temperature reaches the product cleaning requirements, the cleaning timer can be turned on, and the working time of the timer can be set according to the product cleaning requirements.
8、General items are cleaned in 10 minutes to 20 minutes. For difficult to clean the workpiece, the cleaning time can be extended to ensure the cleaning effect.
9、The timer position can be adjusted at will within 1-20min, also can be adjusted in the normally open position. General cleaning time for 10-20min. for particularly difficult to clean parts, you can extend the cleaning time.
10、After cleaning, the cleaning basket will be removed from the cleaning tank, cleaned with warm water or put into another warm water cleaning tank without solvent to clean and rinse.
11、Iitems should be dry and stored assembled after cleaning.
Single tank ultrasonic cleaning machine precautions.
In order to extend the service life, it is recommended to place the equipment in a ventilated and dry place, and regularly clean the fan hole on the back side of the generator. There are vents on all four sides of the generator to allow unobstructed airflow.
1、The cleaning tank must be put into liquid before starting the machine. Water level height > 100mm (bottom vibration type), placed horizontally. 2、When the cleaning cylinder temperature is room temperature, please do not inject the high temperature liquid directly into the cylinder to avoid loosening the transducer and affecting the normal use of the machine.
3、When the cleaning liquid needs to be replaced due to pollution, please do not inject the low temperature liquid directly into the high temperature cylinder because it will cause the transducer to fall off. At the same time, the heater switch should be turned off to prevent damage to the heater due to the lack of liquid in the tank.
4、Check the transducer regularly, don’t make it damp or crash to avoid unnecessary loss. After use, the main power should be turned off. Do not restart immediately after shutdown, the interval should be greater than 1 minute.
